INTERIOR DESIGNER ASSISTANT / DRAFTSMAN

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and space and furniture planning

• Coordinate with external vendors for coordinating technical issues and material sourcing

• Ensure design standards and concept are implemented

• Prepare full set of drawings

• Work closely with clients

 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or above

• 2 years or above of solid experience in residential or commercial interior design

• Experience in project management is an advantage.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop and MS office

• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and passionate

• Good written English and Chinese and fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required

• Occasional travel to Mainland China or other region as necessary

• Have Driving License is preferred

 

We work 5.5 days a week and offer attractive salaries, with year-end bonus.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling everyday business customers

• Timed to assist the supervisors to complete the sales and marketing reports, collect, organize paperwork

• Follow-up promotional activities, and update the website, exhibitions and other events

 

Requirements:

• 2 years experience

• Post-secondary Education:

• Diploma in secretarial studies

• Fluent Cantonese; Fluent Putonghua; Fair English

• Able to read and write Chinese; Able to read and write English

• Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator & PC operation;

• Completed Commercial Training & Marketing courses

• Active, studious,

• Have Driving License is preferred
